I'm really excited today because I met with the woman who coordinates the "World Cuisine on a Budget" classes, and I'm going to teach two classes in March! The first one will focus on cheap, easy vegetarian cooking, and the second one will focus on culinary herbs and spices.
I'm feeling grateful that I was lucky enough to grow up in a family full of excellent cooks who love food.

ReplyDeleteCongrats on the teaching gig, Katie! I need to learn a few more healthy veg recipes that don't involve couscous or quinoa (which I hate)
How wonderful, Katie! I have always thought of the cooking skills we learned from our Mom as very basic, but now I know she was a great cook, and she loved good food.
